He made a very difficult situation much more easy for me by just being genuine and caring about each patients circumstances, and always remains professional while making you feel at ease. I found him to be approachable, relatable and very skilled in his field. It was the best experience I’ve had in a medical setting and I would highly recommend this doctor for hand surgery or any other bone and joint related work. We loved taking our chihuahua to Anna's Ark to address his fear of other people and dogs. She did magic! She got Coco to play!! with her in the first 10 minutes! We were awestruck... Anna definitely knows what she is doing. Towards the end of the training, she let some of her super calm and friendly dogs out (exactly what Coco needed). Coco was scared initially, but then he sniffed the dogs, relaxed, and even wanted to play with them!! our hearts were melting. We will definitely take Coco back f
