My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

Travis is amazing at helping me with my back pain. I have been going to balance point for several months for treatment for chronic back pain from a car accident and he has helped dramatically when nothing else worked. Thanks Travis.

I had a huge wasps's nest and now, thankfully they are gone. Steve was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
