Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer. Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

The staff has always be knowledgeable and friendly. If you have an account the prices are good if not they can be a little pricey so ask for the shop rate and they usually honor it.
