My Simba was very sick thank you to Dr.Madison for all you do for Simba. The two front staff are amazing as well not sure their names one is Asian the other is a young man thank you,thank you. SJ has been my goto for plumbing since shortly after I moved here. Everything from small taps & replacing cartridges to new toilets & hot water tank installs. Also repaired connection to city water that had failed. Friendly & courteous service at an affordable rate.

Excellent tasty food - the best GF bread and bagels I've had. While the bread may appear heavy when purchased, it toasts beautifully, is moist and light when warm. Their Turkey Meatball Panini to die for. Will drive all the way to Courtenay to get a supply of bread for my freezer.

They did a complete renovations on my little bathroom. I was given a reasonable quote for tearing up some soft floor and replacing the floor. tub. toilet and vanity. Ended up needing the drywall replaced and some other problems that arose. They did an awesome job. They are very detail oriented and really want me to be happy with the end result. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. I will also hire them again for any renovations I might have.

Rich did a fantastic job cleaning our office carpets. They hadn't been cleaned in some time. Rich was able to make them look brand new. I will definitely be using Rich Sam and Scully's for all my cleaning needs.
