Excellent tasty food - the best GF bread and bagels I've had. While the bread may appear heavy when purchased, it toasts beautifully, is moist and light when warm. Their Turkey Meatball Panini to die for. Will drive all the way to Courtenay to get a supply of bread for my freezer.

My Simba was very sick thank you to Dr.Madison for all you do for Simba. The two front staff are amazing as well not sure their names one is Asian the other is a young man thank you,thank you. You are very,very good and number 1 in my books your very professional ,caring and loving. I can't thank you enough ❤️❤️????

Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. Thank you to Shaw and Melia for your customer service.

I live out of town,called today to get a budgie cage etc for my lonely 77 year old Aunt and have it delivered ,Shar-Kare and carol were very accommodating thank you for the great service,you made an old lady very happy !
