Professional and friendly! I went into the Chang's Drapery House looking for an answer to my problem with plastic carriers for my traverse curtain rod. Joseph Choi who greeted me knew exactly what I was looking for, including the necessary terms (carriers, traverse rod) and advising me the plastic carriers were actually available in his store. We had a backed up floor/sewer drain and called Bosco plumbing. They came in and told us we had a damaged pipe and would be $1500-$2000 to replace. We wanted a 2nd opinion so contacted Clifford and Romano - they were punctual and professional. They discovered the drain DID NOT need to be dug up, it was just badly plugged. They cleared the line and everything is 100% perfect! Thanks alot. I would highly recommend them.
