In a world where trades people often treat you as if they are doing you some huge favor by taking your hard earned cash it was refreshing to find a company that took the time to actually answer the phone in the evening and respond thoroughly to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Great storage facility, most unique and rare features never seen before. Great location. The managers are superb who keep it in order where you feel the place is so secure. Also every time I go to my locker I can get my car professionally cleaned through the state of the art Shine Auto

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I went there 20 yrs ago when Hans owned the shop . He was amazing super nice very reasonable prices . The best . He knew his stuff. I had an issue on my way out of town he played with a couple wires n off I went . It seems he no longer owns the shop .
