Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. This summer my son was biking on the street. As he wanted to impress everyone he let go of the handlebar. He lost control and scratched the entire side of a new pick up truck. Getting estimates car star was less than half the cost to repair compared to the dealer. The vehicle looked brand-new plus had full warranty on the job for the end of the lease Inspection.
