I recently purchased a 2017 GTI with the performance package from Yorkdale VW. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Duncan Todd. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and was really passionate about the car. Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step.
I visited a few different dealerships prior to visiting Yorkdale VW and the service I received everywhere else paled in comparison.

I just recently purchased a used Veloster from here and I can say it's a nice and genuine atmosphere. At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress. Everyone told me to stay away from buying a used suv but they were wrong,I am a Very happy customer and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. You can trust and count on them.

We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. She was kind, efficient and even helped us to change our deal after we signed it. Almost two years after making business with Kingscross, I still think they're a great dealership
