Trust and respect has to be earned – that Dr Ko is deserving over the years, I have been with him. My surgeries were always done with precision and confidence. Always done follow ups and gone that extra mile. He invests time in building a strong patient rapport . This in no small measure are ingredients of an excellent dental health professional.

The owner Bruce was able to get the engineering required to install a steel beam to make my kitchen project possible. I was provided a very detailed estimate. We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. I highly recommend Coast Way Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price.

Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! I make my living by working as a renovator.
I have arthritis, which is probably job-related, or due to aging. Recently I cannot work because of my swollen wrist. The bone above my right wrist was almost doubled in size. This caused me great pain, especially when I tried to turn my wrist.
Last month I went to see a doctor, and was prescribed Indomethacin (50 mg capsules, 3 times per day, for 3 weeks). The medication did provide me some relief, but it had side effects (mainly stomach upset and nausea). Besides, most of the swollenness was still there.
Last Monday I decided to seek acupuncture as an alternative treatment. I found the name Dr. Ivy Pang from Google Search.
I have received 4 acupuncture treatments up till now (each session lasting about 80 minutes). So very glad that there are obvious great improvements – in fact I can now turn my wrist freely. Hope to start working sometime next week.

Dr.Dunn was very professional, he explained my situation with my veins, valves and blood clot. He easily addressed what needed to be done. Before I knew it I was having the surgery, it went well as he was efficient and skilled. Post surgery I went home and followed his directions, I didn't have to take any pain killers. That was very impressive! He is efficient and doesn't waste time. Big thank you to Dr.Dunn, his receptionist and clinical staff as they were all fantastic. 5 stars

Excellent job, doctor took time explaining the root canal procedure and the options before starting. No surprises with treatment or bill. Was available after the procedure to answer any questions. if you have a root canal go with Scott 72 Dental Centre.
