Rich did a fantastic job cleaning our office carpets. They hadn't been cleaned in some time. Rich was able to make them look brand new. I will definitely be using Rich Sam and Scully's for all my cleaning needs.

So I tore my favorite pair of rip-stop cargo work/hiking/everyday pants. Realized I had 3 other pairs that just needed hemming, I said what the heck. Marie provided speedy, double-stitched repairs and called the day after a holiday to say they were ready. No hesitation in recommending this service.

Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. Contacted this company to refinish our kitchen cabinet doors. They were reasonably priced, reliable, professional, and courteous. The cabinet doors look terrific. Would definitely recommend them.
