not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!!

Home Instead provided 6 weeks of 24 hour, in hospital care for our 86 year old father. The support workers were knowledgeable,compassionate and professional. We could not have asked for better care.

Super smooth process, and extremely friendly customer service. I needed to fix my iPhone 13 Pro Max (battery issue which caused phone to turn on and off continuously and a bent screen) and they were able to make my phone look and function like brand new! Thank you!!
