I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

In the midst of the countless retail employee encounters i’ve had, varying from mediocre to infinitesimally unhelpful, i have never been helped, no-SERVED- by someone as prestigiously talented and faithfully dedicated to their job as KAYLA from the sports section at this location of Canadian Tire. The absolute erudite grace of this exceptional employee ensured my safe and speedy discovery of the product i was searching helplessly for amid the lengthy aisles of this great establishment.

I have been taking various cars('63 valiant/villager/rav)to NZ auto since 2012. I have always received excellent service, great recommendation, with great rates. It's nice to be able to trust a business to do good work, back up their work, and most importantly is conscientious and professional. This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

100% would recommend to anyone! They were super fast and did a pick up and drop off for me while I was working(I just work down the street).
