I would highly recommend Corry from ARC Home Inspections . He was very thorough and what I thought was the best is that he encouraged me to join him while he was doing the inspection. This gave me the opportunity to ask questions and feel more at ease. Jamie came to my house to give me an estimate on new flooring in my living room as well as a few other remodels within my home; he was professional, and his pricing was explained and extremely fair.
