Went at the end October 2017 They are under new ownership The food was absolutely marvelous. We had surf and turf special, and was it ever. Cocktails, also delicious, and cheesecake for dessert. Presentation of food, taste and blend of flavours, cooked to perfection and served piping hot,great service, friendly staff. A most memorable dinner. We will be back :)

It was our first time at this restaurant. Our family of five ate together. All of the meals were delicious and hot. The beer on tap was very good. The service was outstanding! The prices are very good for the quality of food. Well be going back there very soon.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, from the professional work completed, the customer service was excellent and then some, their follow through is very timely and considerate. We arrived a little after closing time however the owner was gracious enough to allow us to come in and have fish and chips.It was the best fish we have had since leaving Scotland.Also the staff are really freindly.overall a very positive experience.

On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We are enjoying the rest of holiday thanks to the excellent and friendly service provided by the professional staff.

Totem Tree Service has done large projects on my property twice. Both times I have been very satisfied with the work from start to finish. Most recent $10,000+ job involved removing huge cottonwood tree from nearby the hydro power lines on busy Hwy #4 on incredibly hot three days. The entire crew worked as a cohesive team, steady pace, working safely and efficiently. Equipment all in good repair. Excellent job. Cleaned off roof at end. THRILLED with result: highly recommend.

Brought my 11-yr-old daughter for her 3rd set of ear piercings today. She said "the lady" was really gentle and super nice !! I found the salon adorable and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for a hair appointment!! We had a great experience, Thank-You!!!

My husband and I moved from Vancouver to Qualicum Beach and only 2 weeks after our change was made, we booked a table for a late lunch.
That was a first pleasant surprise, that you can book your lunch / supper any time it feels good for you. Already on the phone, I got a very approachable and friendly person. And so we looked forward to see this restaurant.

Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. He figured out the problem instantly (an error with our kitchen outlets) and went through each one to make sure everything was in working order. Power was back on and the problem fixed in less than a

Love this place! Have eaten sushi in big cities and have found Port Alberni's little secret. Their sushi is great quality with a good presentation. Good service most of the time. The restaurant interior has character...lol! I have probably been here over 20x and will be back another!
