I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Excellent customer service. After speaking with management they adjusted and compensated me for being misquoted. In addition, they offered to fix a door at my house that for my husband failed to repair. The property management loved them! I was fortunate to seek advice/consultation fro Benjamin Veige (Denture Clinic Westmount Rd Guelph). Benjamin provided excellent care&repaired my partial denture to provide a more comfortable fit. Benjamin offered good advice moving forward with his expertise and knowledge related to pros and cons of the various options for dentures vs implants and bridge/crowns. This dentist has the most pleasing and welcoming staff. I’m new to the Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier to be doing it with this clinic. The staff are constantly reaching out to see how I’m doing, this includes the dentist himself! He’s always open to hearing how things are going with me and welcomes me to drop by anytime for a quick “check in”. I am hopeful this journey will be a success with the constant support I’m getting. Dr. A Razack is very patient and extremely diligent for the care of her patients. She is a very good listener, very thorough in her approach and also very considerate of patients needs and overall health issues, integrating well the mental, physical and emotional compartments that make us such complex beings.
Dr. Razack is taking care of myself and my senior parents, for several years now and I do feel we are in very good and safe hands for our care. Her staff, Jane is courteous/professional.
