When I scuffed a colleague's bumper, I reached out to Zain to see if he could fix it. He communicated in a timely, professional manner and agreed to help me out. Not only did he get the mark out, but he polished and waxed the entire bumper and did so at a very fair price. His professionalism and attention to detail were superior. I had the best experience ever! I tried on several dresses and Liz (the owner) and her Sales Associate were honest and sent me off in a gorgeous black dress that my husband loved too. Having been to Style Encore and Platos Closet before, you cant compare the top notch service you get at Flip your Closet to the curt staff at the other places. Would highly recommend driving to Vaughan!

Jamie Bruce was excellent from start to finish with my accident. Every legal questioned answered, with everything explained in plain language.
