When the sun finally came out I took the whole family to the mini golf in Black Creek. What a wonderful day we had. I could have stayed all day sitting on the sunny back deck drinking a gourmet Americano. We played 18 holes of mini golf & had big ice-cream cones after. The hardest part of the day was deciding what flavor to pick. The ladies running the place were so friendly...they made us feel like they were happy to see us. I would highly recomend the Mini Golf, Ice-Cream & Coffee House.

The only negative I have is the four day week the practice is open. Unfortunately, I have to consider switching to a vet who is open six days a week as it is difficult for me to take my pet to Nanaimo in case of emergency.

I started training with Dorthy April 20, 2022 since then I���ve noticed a visible difference in my muscle tone in my arms, quads and glutes. The gradual increase in weights during sessions is pretty neat because it sneaks heavier sets to allow muscle growth and confidence.
- Sessions in the basement studio facility are private; tailored sessions and flexible. No rushing to the next station because someone is behind you.
