I buy from Autoshack whenever I need something and their customer service is amazing and their prices are excellent. There is one negative aspect which is UPS delivery. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later. Really enjoy shopping here. Lots to see, always something new. I can browse for an hour or more. The prices are consistent with their competition and the staff are energetic and pleasant. They almost always have what I am looking for. I like the Westport location too.

What a fantastic job !!! My wife and I were so pleased with the excellent and very professional thinning out procedure performed on our Autumn Blaze maple and our large Norway maple. The wonderful arborists who took care of our maple trees were very dedicated to doing a great job from set-up to clean-up! They were knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and worked efficiently. Thank you so much>

I awoke to a dead battery and was in a hurry. They didn't think they had someone there to go out on the call, but the dispatcher sent one of her son's. 5 minutes later they were at my home in Lanark and got me started. Price was reasonable (under $60/tax in) - emergency service is never cheap, but when they get someone to you in your time of automotive need - well it speaks volumes on how they value customers.

The service is great, friendly, and they always automatically bring 3 black coffee, 2 decaf, and 1 pepsi, before taking our order! we drive a ways on Saturdays, so they are busy, but service and food A-1 with us ! :)
