Sad day for me today,found out my favourite teller is retiring at the end of December. I just want to say that I am so grateful to have met you Lisa!? You changed my life for the better and I owe you so much for having faith in me. You didnt have to do the things you did for me but you did and I just want you to know YOU ARE APPRECIATED! As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.

In 2000, we moved to Burlington. I made an inquiry at the Gardner Dental Group and soon made my first appointment. Our family grew. There have been emergencies - Dr. Gardner and his staff had our dental issues resolved quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with "Dr. Bruce", the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the administrative staff out front who do scheduling, reminder calls and emails, and payment processing. Well done!
