Professional and friendly! I went into the Chang's Drapery House looking for an answer to my problem with plastic carriers for my traverse curtain rod. Joseph Choi who greeted me knew exactly what I was looking for, including the necessary terms (carriers, traverse rod) and advising me the plastic carriers were actually available in his store.
