Ken does fantastic work. Ken and his team tore down our old leaky chimney and rebuilt it with all new materials, new firebox and finished with new tile inside. From providing a written quote, answering all our questions, explaining each step throughout construction, keeping a tidy site and even saving us a significant amount of money by being able to salvage part of the old chimney, we would recommend Ken to anyone. Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. They say they usually can get to you within 24 hrs normally and right away for emergency service
