I recently accepted a job in Yellowknife and would be making the long drive there from Toronto. On the first day of my journey I stopped to get gas and noticed that my vehicle was leaking, even after have a bunch of work done on my car by a mechanic just a few days earlier. I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!

Alan is amazing to deal with. The shop is professional. Nice wheel choices. I’ve had a few of my cars done at Simply Tire including nails in tires, as well as a few purchases of new rims and tires. No issues. Definitely recommend.

The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress.
