Terry with Amerispec Inspections had done our home inspection in May 2017. He was very professional, detailed and informative regarding the house, most especially the foundation issues it had. Very happy to have had this done and I would highly recommend Terry, especially to first time home buyers like us !

Called, said he was a little busy but could squeeze me in on Saturday (4 days from now). I will update later, it is not a big job - adding 2 roof vents.
Oct 5, Jon called let me know he was running 20 min behind, love that, showed up, right to work, was done very quickly, excellent work, great guy, will definitely keep this mans card for the future!!!
