This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.

My husband and I have lived at Caroline Place for just over 6 years now. In fact we are now the longest permanent residents living here. Although I've not had experience with a lot of Retirement Residences I can't imagine finding one any better. I truly cannot think of a negative thing to say. I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH CHARLES QUALITY MEATS for about five years now. They're FRESH CUTS and FRIENDLY SERVICE keeps me coming back week after week. In addition to their fresh cuts of beef and pork they have a wide variety of pork sausages and their freshly sliced bacon is to die for. It's one of the only local establishments that also sells fresh cuts of lamb and goat.
