I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

The level of service was excellent when it came to ordering specific sunglasses. Other opticians basically said my order was too small to make it worth their time.
