The pasta at Old Spaghetti Factory is good to eat and you get decent value for the money. The pasta can tend to be ordinary from the perspective of the selections but they put together good food and they offer a fun atmosphere and decor that makes them a good family restaurant for when you are downtown with your family. the best soup in kamloops. reasonable prices and it's kinda like yer mom works there. really homey and comfortable. just breky to early dinner and the standard fare for working guys. good portions and great taste.

You can generally get a good meal at the T&C coffee shop. We have gone there for years, so this review covers many different meals and many different visits. We always go back there; and sometimes they have an oustantding Sunday Brunch in their dining room.

Going along Broadway I have noticed the restaurant many times and finally decided to drop in for brunch to give it a go. We sat outside, we didn't mind waiting for a table there. Service was fine and the food came fairly soon. I had an excellent smoked ham benedict which came with cubed fries and a very fresh salad.
