Rasha is a very intelligent and warm person, she listens and finds the best solution possible for your circumstances, she's helpful and very knowledgeable she can do in a 24 hr period what a bank couldn't do in a month and at a better rate, we would highly recommend her for any situation, there is no doubt in our minds she could find a solution for every situation, so anyone in need out there please give her a call she will do her best and in today's world we can' t ask for more than that. #1

I went to Mastermind Toys on Monday 19 Sept 2016. A wonderful lady by the name of Mala greeted me with a big smile and bigger heart. I went into the store sad for I was having some personal problems but the way I was treated by this lady , the smile, the things she said, the help she gave me made me feel good. What a wonderful store this is. A store that just does not have wonderful toys but wonderful people to serve us. A people's store. Kudos to the management.

On 4 occasions, I experienced the same high quality NE service from the Kitchener team: excellent phone reception, prompt service, excellent listening and responsiveness from all - from phone reception to technicians. Technicians were totally knowlegeable and time-efficient even with tech challenges, as well as being courteous. The price was always fair.

These guys were very professional and courteous. Took 20 yrs to convince the city to authorize the take down and 40 mins to get it done. Tree came down on Thursday and stump removed on Friday. Great job guys! G
