The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. The workers completely cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. We have had to have many repairs done with DryBasement and have been pleased with their work each time. Excellent service!

FOR YEARS I WAS TROUBLED WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS HIP PAIN. MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING PARTICULARLY WRONG WITH MY HIP AND SUSPECTED IT MAY BE MY BACK. I went in November 8 for some snacks on my way home. There was an accident on the hwy which is why I stopped in. Katrina was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in there. I didn't see anyone there to help her out with the line up. She truly deserves credit for how she handled the situation. I believe it was at 2 pm I was in there.

This shop is hidden away in Simcoe, But I was very satisfied with the work that was done, the price and the service. Highly recommended. After trying several of the local shops I will be returning to Town and Country Service.
