I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.

I don't normally write reviews but the staff and service was amazing! They helped me get everything i needed to get my kayak on my small car. I found Physiocare at Nepean really helpful and the staff very understanding and supportive. I was impressed at the understand of my condition and the therapies he employed. I am feeling so much better and able to do things and really have physiocare to thank for this. They do really excellent work. If you suffer from joint issues seek them out
