Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

Fantastic store, but most of all amazing service. People that work there are organized and helpful, but the BEST job is done my manager Kowshihan, he provides excellent customer service and does his 101% to help any customer. I truly hope his hard work is recognized with in the company!
