We are thrilled with the work of GSM! After experiencing erosion issues along the shore of Lake Erie, thanks to Taylor and his crew we now have a steel break wall and secure lakefront bank. They were hard-working and professional, and were patient and helpful with our decision making. I so appreciated Taylors prompt responses to any questions, and the reliability of the crew. I had ruined the toe on my favorite heels, took them here, and he made them into open toed shoes! Completely saved my shoes!! Great job, they look new again, and prettier than ever! Love this place! My moccasins will be next!!! Dont toss those broken shoes!! Bring them here!!!

Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.
