These guys are amazing. They came to my home near Tantallon twice to show me how to work the water treatment system in the home we purchased. Perry took the time to test our water, to tell me what chemical to use, how often, how to check. He fully educated me and didn't charge for either one of the two service calls.
I was so grateful to learn our system and offered to pay... he wouldn't accept payment. Wow

This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price.
