I have had to deal with this clinic in emergency situations on more than one occasion and I have nothing but excellent things to say about them. They take the time to explain all my options, I never felt pushed or rushed in any way. They are sympathetic and it is obvious that they love animals! I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

Have to agree that Mervat is the best you can get in your pharma needs. And every single one of the staff all get 5 out of 5 in my books. Been over 10 years now and I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the level of professionalism by the entire staff. They really go out of their way to help you. JC

Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.
