The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. We have known John @ Bell Disposal for about 20 years. We found him to be trustworthy, honest and dedicated to his profession. We own and operate a small family tree company and have chipped Christmas trees two days each year for the Canadian Cancer Society these past 20 years. John and his employees have always been there for us to collect trees and donations for this worthy cause. The owner overlooked the whole process from start to finish. In this way, he ensured all of my wishes, which I have a lot, were met. My family and I spend all day out in our backyard loving the experience that Blue Seas were able give us. I am so proud of my backyard. It is beautiful!

I always thought I had to be a millionaire to fly in a helicopter. But I actually was referred to BCMH by word of mouth. And compared to other places this was was about 1/4 of the cost. So I thought why not! We toured the South Part of Vancouver Island, which is beautiful, by the pilots' choice.(I didn't know where to go) We went over the coast lines and over mountains, and it was just an incredible experience. On top of that there is a field that they can land in where there is this small english pub, you can have lunch. How cool is that? Anyways, since then I also had to get to Vancouver Island from Vancouver and back, and the planes were full, so I took BCMH for that which was quick and easy and a little bit adventurous. There's nothing cooler than telling other people, that you got a helicopter today. Anways, it is a small company, but the value is amazing, I felt safe at all times. And overall one of the best experiences of my life.

Got great, clear and fast over the phone customer service about how to make a gift card purchase that can be either picked up in store or delivered via on-line. They deliver books too. Makes it easy to support local businesses during this pandemic. Especially loved book stores.

WE RECEIVED THE BEST OF THE BEST SERVICE FROM THIS YOUNG MAN. HE WAS VERY PLEASENT AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.
WE WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS, HE WAS CLEAN CUT AND A SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR. HE NEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS AWAY FROM THE TRUCK WHEN HE WAS LOADING OUR VEHICLE. SAFETY ALWAYS FIRST HE SAID.
