The management provides exceptional customer service. I was shown how to us the laundry facilities from start to finish in a patient and friendly manner. I had a package shipped up to me, and I ended up putting in the wrong postal code. Tracking it online told me Vernon. Calling around to both post offices in Vernon, and several in Kelowna (because my address was a Kelowna one) didn't give me any helpful information. I called this office once, and they took my number and ended up finding it for me later that day and calling me. Super helpful staff, and I'm tempted to just order to Armstrong all the time for the service alone.
