We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware

Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff. Low to medium prices on cigars and pipe tobacco. A well-balanced selection of in-house blends sold in bulk at a reasonable price. A good variety of accessories.

After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!! Huge shout out to the manager for doing what was right!!!

For many years my husband and I have been bringing clothing of all kinds to Doina for alterations. In our experience no job is too challenging for her. A few years ago she did the most beautiful job of transforming an Irish handwoven wool wrap into a vest that I wear regularly during the cooler months.
