I had my windows tinted by Icon and I have nothing but good things to say. Damian, Roxanne and the entire Icon staff were great to work with and their genuine passion for cars is reflected through the quality work and service they provide. The small but clean shop is well worth a visit if you are interested in having your vehicle tinted and at what I found to be a very reasonable price point.

I'm a residential consumer wanting to use corrugated metal to build raised garden beds. As a low volume buyer it would have been easy to not be responsive. Chestermere Jiffy Lube is the only place I choose to get my cars oil changed. The staff members are outstanding and the service done to my car is always superb. I started going to the firm while I was a resident in Chestermere and have continued after moving 60 km away. Marrying people is more than a job for Jacqueline; she is a beautiful storyteller who leaves joy and exuberance in her wake. The technician that cleaned my car was AMAZING. I am so impressed by his hard work and attention to detail. The weather was pretty cold and he still took the time to make sure my car was spotless. I think he went above and beyond what I asked for, while being very friendly and polite. I wish I had thought to offer him a coffee or something warm after the service! I will absolutely be using Janicarp Ventures again.

Jay fixed and did a set-up on my Epiphone Casino (a re-make of the Gibson John Lennon Casino, seen in the Beatles' rooftop concert) and I got it back today. It had some tuning issues, bridge problems and the intonation was a bit off, but now it plays like a dream! I am happy I live so close to this awesome shop in Calgary downtown and I highly recommend them for friendly service and professional guitar expertise.
