Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I dealt with Hussein and he sold me on it once again during the test drive! He never disappoints and is really understanding when you're unfamiliar with cars. I had a problem with the heater control panel. Nissan asked 800$ just for replacement part. Mark repared it for 260$ including work. Wonderfull job!!

Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.
