GREAT place to go. I was nervous of a lot of mechanics due to other messing around with the car. THIS place was amazing and they make you feel very confident in their work. I was able to go in, they started working on my car right away, and even fixed other problems at NO charge. I found them to be extremely affordable. They really make sure you are on the road with no problem. I definitely recommend this place as this is were I will be going to from now on.

I have been using Prinzens Auto and John as my mechanic for over 10 years. He is always fair and upfront when dealing with him. As a woman it is important to me that I trust my mechanic. I know without doubt that Johns work is excellent as is his price.

I would highly recommend this shop if you have a pet Italian auto and you want someone that is not a general mechanic. I shipped my Alfa to his store from Winnipeg and Pino made an old rider fun to drive again.

FAST FAST FAST service! Sean and Rocco were great. They replaced all the brakes, both hood struts, both sway bars, a leaking oil sensor and did a complete oil service with a moly slip additive, in just a few hours and they offer a car rental on the spot if requested.
My BMW dealer would have taken two days and charged triple, but then they do wash your car and sometimes give you a pen.
