I would like to say I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Keith on Sunday. I received an immediate phone call from Keith when I email Car Guru. He was very honest and upfront and answered all my questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle. He did not pressure me at any point to purchase to vehicle. We were out of the country and the person where we had parked the car told us that it would not start. Kelly went to the condo, picked up the car and took it to the garage for it to be repaired. When we arrived home it was ready for us to make the 3 hour drive home. This was awesome service and we highly recommend Kelly. If we lived closer he would get all our business.

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.
