We have come to trust Jay and his team of mechanics to take care of our business & personal vehicles. We appreciate their knowledge and expertise; we trust them completely! They take the time to go over the entire vehicle when it is on the hoist to ensure that we know exactly what needs to be done, and they alert us to preventative maintenance that should be done to avoid breakdowns. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty
