we purchased a c63 from this dealership over a year ago. It was actually funny, because we had no intention of buying that car - in fact we had been looking at an entry level C-class that would be good on gas, and a good daily driver. The salesman, however, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that that very same day, we had purchased a certified pre-owned c63.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, we experienced a few issues (the front grill was lose, one of the rims was scratch), however these problems were quickly resolved (we got a new grill and they refinished the rim). The Manager even got involved and everything was taken care of in a professional manner that was satisfactory to us. thanks MB Thornhill!

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it.
