I have been dealing with Niko's for many years and I have to say the service level has always been excellent. They always have a great assortment of chemicals and equipment and if they do not have it at the time you come in they are working on getting it in while you are still at the shop. Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

This is a beautiful big nursery located on the far side of Langley. They carry more selection than anything you will find in the city. From bedding plants to trees they have huge choice of everything on offer. The staff are friendly and helpful and always willing to offer great advice for your garden. This and a great rewards program make Cedar Rim high on our list to visit for our gardening needs!
