Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Promised time was exact , also estimates were exact as well. First time customer and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Nothing negative about the experience today. Overall 5/5 stars.

Parcel was delivered today earlier than expected, I just wish that the delivery personnel would ring the doorbell when they leave a package. Other than that 1 issue I have always received excellent service.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. My son has been going to Bow Valley for 7 years and Shane is fantastic! Shane switched up the music selection from classical to contemporary and even brought in different guitars for my son to try. It wasnt just about technique but also music appreciation and exploration. My son has had a lot of fun.
