I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

To be honest with you this is the best place I have been so far and they never disappoint they meet all requirements and needs. They made my car look super brand new I was just in shocked . Altaf is definitely the guy to speak to when you go there he understands his clients and always put himself in his or her clients shoes to make them happy. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

Angelo is a master of complex machinery -- I see Jaguars, Rolls-Royces in for service. So mainstream cars like my Subaru are a piece of cake for him. More than once he has correctly diagnosed a car problem from my description over the phone. He kept my 2000 Nissan Maxima going strong 322,000 kilometres and years after most of this year's odel were off the road.
