Just love this place. I don't even know where to start. My 7 year old son loves them so much that he ask me to go every time we drive by. He loves to go even if it's for a filling he gets so excited and jumps for joy. I really believe that this is thanks to the great friendly staff. I also have older children and they also enjoy going. I am always happy with the service. BEST place ever.

Changes in ownership have now made this one of the best CrossFit gyms in the city with amazing new equipment, a great new look, a very clean bathroom and gym, a new entry and lounge and the same amazing community of athletes and coaches. A very welcoming space and people and a wonderful place to start your CrossFit, Weightlifting, or Powerlifting journey. They even have a kids program!

Highly recommend! Official Crossfit Affiliate, the programming in the workouts are top notch! Small class size, which is perfect as you get more personal attention. Members are friendly and welcoming, trainers are personable and professional. The trainers are quick to assist with any form corrections, and stress safety when performing any of the movements.They also have a crossfit kids program, which is great! Stop by today, it doesn't seem like a workout when you are having this much fun!
