After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage. My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be.
Thanks to Landis and the boys for your help - now I can go on my holidays!
