I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I was recommended by a friend to go to Southglen , and I was very impressed with them away as I walked in with my son . They took the time to explain , give me an estimate and even offered me a courtesy car. Then when I picked my car , they had totally done a great job , over and beyond!! I wasent expecting that.
