After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?

I am extremely impressed with this great Canadian company based right here in BC. I ordered my bike on Sunday night and received it fully assembled by Tuesday. I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!
